8/30/2024 Navigate Home Inspections recently inspected our new home near Boone, NC. We found owner Ian Rhinehart very responsive and professional and supplied a very complete inspection report with plenty of photos and explanation of issues. His 120-day home warranty on HVAC, electrical and appliances was a plus. I would definitely use him again.

Ian was a tremendous help to us with our home inspection. We’re purchasing an older home so an inspection was a must! Ian did a very thorough inspection of the home. He gave us the highlights of inspection on-site but within hours we had the very detailed reported! This was important for us to get during our due diligence time with time to review and think.
