We’re Ian and Sam—a husband and wife team, parents, and proud locals who care deeply about quality and the families we serve.

Ian is a licensed North Carolina home inspector and a veteran. He brings strong ethics, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their decisions. His reports are thorough, clear, and focused on what matters most—your peace of mind.

Sam keeps our office running smoothly and is probably the voice you’ll hear when you call. She also manages our social media and ensures communication is clear, timely and stress-free. She loves spending time in the garden with her call ducks, or watching movies with her boys.

Together, we work hard to ensure every call is answered, every question is addressed, and every client feels supported from start to finish.

When we’re not working, we’re usually tending our mini farm, fishing the New River, spending time with our kids, or enjoying a cup of coffee at a local spot. For us, this work is personal—we’re here to treat you like neighbors, not numbers.
