Navigate Home Inspections is veteran-owned and family-operated. Ian has held home inspection certifications in California, Idaho, and is licensed in North Carolina where he grew up. Along this journey, he has performed thousands of inspections. We pride ourselves on delivering thorough and non-alarming information and reports to clients. Prior to Navigate, Ian was part of a larger inspection team servicing Western North Carolina, was a multi-housing property manager where he, inspected, and maintained large housing units and served in the Army National Guard.
Samantha handles marketing and scheduling and is usually the voice you will hear when you call to schedule an inspection. One of our top priorities has always been and will continue to be good customer service. Sam also designs and makes custom gifts for online customers, friends, and family.
We love living, playing, and working in the High Country. Our time is spent working on our homestead, hiking, drinking good coffee, and watching movies. We are a family of 4, with two little boys who are our world, Gideon & Atlas.
